Plants are full of protein, even in vegetables. For example, according to statistics, people in developed countries, including vegans, consume at least twice as much protein as their body needs. A vegan diet for athletes is great. It reduces inflammation, accelerates recovery, increases stamina, increases oxygen consumption by muscles and the brain. Plants are simply “packed” with complex carbohydrates that give athletes a charge for long workouts. That's why we see more and more athletes becoming vegans. And you can try it!

VEGAN FOOD

The body of an omnivorous man requires unmanageable nutrients; if he eats a lot of meat, he gains weight. He is advised to limit calories, along with this even more nutrient deficiency - this looks like a vicious circle until a person begins to consume the right amount of greens. Even if you compare dry powdered powder with fresh products, the human body cannot process a lot of fiber. To get everything you need from greens, a smoothie with herbal supplements is a quick way to get nutrients. Juices are not a permanent option, because it is too refined a product for frequent consumption, they give jumps in sugar levels. Smoothies with additives of powder mixtures look like a reasonable compromise when you need to be sure that the food is full, always at hand, as a guarantee of nutrition without a deficiency of nutrients. If you count on a gram of beneficial micro and macro elements, then vegan nutrition, by economic efficiency, leaves any other diets far behind. You can not call it vegan, but the proportion in the diet should be in favor of greens.
